Description: Workout to Grow Glutes | My Current Routine Come to the gym with me as I train to grow my glutes. This is day 1 of my split - heavy glutes and legs. I'll typically train glutes 3 times per week, and will do one low reps heavy day, one medium reps medium weights day, and one day of high rep body weight workouts. This hits fast twitch, slow twitch and muscle metabolites, ensuring glutes gains! Workout details: 1. Hip thrust - 4x8-10 2. Zercher squat - 4x6-8 3. 45-degree back hyper - 3x12-15 4. Offset lunge - 3x30 (total) 5.
